Qualification: We are looking for young and dynamic, Graduate/Post Graduate Trained Teachers (Mother/Assistant) with good communication skills. The applicant should have in-depth subject knowledge and sound exposure in various teaching methodologies.

Experience Preferred: Mother Teachers should have at least minimum 2-4 years experience. Associate Teachers with 0-1 year of experience. B. Ed is Mandatory for all teachers and those having M. Ed have a special consideration.

    • Develop and issue educational content including, notes, tests, and assignments.
    • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

  • The candidate requires 5-10 years of work experience in Academics with a minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Vice Principal in a recognised High School/Higher Secondary School/Senior Secondary School.
  • The candidate should have extensive teaching and administration experience. With excellent research and report writing abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems along with the knowledge of budgeting and management.

    • Guide the teaching staff to make and implement the scholastic and co-scholastic activities effectively.
    • Ensure to safeguard all the teaching aids and ensure that they are utilized appropriately.

    • Responsible for maintaining student discipline and forward planning.
    • Supervise budgets related to academic aspects of the school, including library and textbooks.
    • Allocate the staff for all the sections and monitor the student schedules and implementation.
    • Having meetings with the teachers and giving training to newly recruited teachers.
    • Communicate the school almanac of events and happenings through various platforms.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Academic Operations:
    • Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance.
    • Effectively ensure that the teaching staff is optimally engaged at all points in time.
    • Effectively ensure that all processes are followed in line with statutory regulation of the boards as well as Internal Standard Operations Procedures.
    • Ensure the information called for by the education department is shared with them within timelines.
    • Coordinate with the various government agencies for affiliations of various education boards.
    • Ensure teaching and non-teaching staff are taken through an induction program at regular intervals. Ensure that the activities of the school are conducted in accordance with the rules laid down by the Local Authority, State Education Department, and the respective Board of Examination (CBSE).
    • Effectively manage various parent events like parent orientation, PTM, VIVA, sports day, coffee meets, and student events like Children’s Day, field trips, inter-house competition, and teachers’ events.
    • Oversee the execution of the Sports and Performing Arts Program as per guidelines.
    • Identifying intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs for the students’ success in school and taking appropriate steps to direct and coordinate the efforts of teachers and parents.
    • Effectively manage the parent-teacher association and respective committees, and ensure parent delight during all parent interfaces with the school management.
    • Effectively handle parent concerns as and when escalated by the relationship cell.
 
Administration Operations:
  • Provide strategic leadership for school improvement and development.
  • Coordinate and supervise the administration activities.
  • Responsible for all documentation work regarding school admissions and play a leading role in the student admission process.
  • Effectively lead the admission process and ensure that the admission targets for the academic year are met.
  • Offer solutions and suggestions regarding compliance to various authorities.
  • Notify the Board, appropriate personnel, and agencies immediately when there is evidence of child abuse, child neglect, severe medical or social conditions, etc.
  • Any other assignments as directed by the managing committee.
  • Effectively work with the HR team to recruit efficient resources within the prescribed time frame.
Qualification: Graduation in Library Science. Good communication skills and sound knowledge in Ms Office and other computer software. Experience Preferred: : Minimum 3-5 years experience in Library Management, preferably in a CBSE school. The candidate should know how to handle the library, its database, and record keeping. General Duties and Responsibilities:-
  • Overall management and operationalisation of library functions.
  • Manage system software and maintain a database of books/audio/video/electronic resources.
  • Facilitate the faculty members and students in the identification of resource materials and references.
  • Assist teachers and students in using appropriate software for academic usages.
  • Coordinate with IT dept for online updation and development of library software.
  • Coordinate and procure the library resources such as electronic journals, books, CDs, etc.
  • Prepare a library report periodically to update the institution about library activities.
  • Maintain a log of books and provide an update on the same, as and when required.
  • Interact with other teachers and administrative staff as needed.
