Green Day Celebrations; Connect To Our Green Planet.

DSGS observed Green Day on 8 July with the tiny little explorers to help them associate with the importance of green in their immediate surroundings.

Students and teachers in the Nursery, LKG and UKG grades came dressed in various shades of green in their classrooms. Under the guidance of Ms. Suma Menon (Principal), they took part in thumb printing, palm printing and magic shows – all to bring out the glory, energy and life of green in the natural world.

The main aim of Green Day is to develop fine motor focus and coordination and to stimulate creativity and happiness.
