DSGS celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of India, Shri Patel guided India on the path of unity by knitting together the fabric of India with its states, languages, culture and, above all, the patriotic spirit of our countrymen.

He challenged the worldview of the British colonisers and became one of the tallest Statesmen of the country when our nation was pronounced a republic.

On 31 October, 2022, DSGS held a special assembly session attended by students from Nursery to Grade VII. We commemorated Shri Patel and made aware students about the vast diversity of India and the strong fraternity that we share.
